Job Summary:

As a seasoned Construction Superintendent, you will lead our retail construction projects from start to finish. With a strong background in construction management, you will oversee site operations, manage labor and subcontractors, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish project plans and maintain weekly progress reports
Manage and coordinate all job site operations, including labor and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with local jurisdiction inspectors and utility company representatives
Enforce a strict Safety Program and manage the Quality Control Program
Prepare and maintain detailed short-term schedules
Manage accurate invoice payment processes and financial management of project costs

Requirements:

5+ years of experience working in the construction industry as a superintendent
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge in Construction Management or related field, preferred
Ability to travel for southeast-based projects

What We Offer:

Competitive base salary $100,000 - $110,000
