Employment Type: Contract with Full-Time Hours

Compensation: $60-$105 per hour, based on experience

Role Summary

As a vital member of the Atlas Medical team, you will provide mobile, on-site primary care services to our vulnerable patient population residing in various senior living communities. This position requires independent management of complex healthcare situations, including multiple co-existing health conditions. Your role will extend beyond clinical treatment; you will also educate patients and their families on self-care practices, disease management, and end-of-life considerations. Daily collaboration with facility staff and Atlas Patient Care support teams will be essential. All activities will adhere to the quality standards set by Atlas, reinforcing our commitment to excellence in care. Maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of your work is paramount, reflecting our core values of Integrity, Expertise, and Trust.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in primary care
  • Valid licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of practice
  • Ability and willingness to work independently and travel between communities
  • Familiarity with Elation EMR is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with effective time management
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Valid fingerprint clearance card
  • Current CPR certification and proof of negative TB test
