About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine design concepts based on client needs, producing schematic drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and 3D images.
  • Collaborate with the Interior Designer, Project Architect, and Project Manager to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Translate client requirements into detailed designs, coordinating with site, structural, mechanical, and electrical teams.
  • Assist in developing project specifications and review submittals, respond to RFIs, and participate in punch list reviews.
  • Develop preliminary design concepts for proposals and present design ideas during client interviews.
Requirements
  • Master of Architecture (Required)
  • Licensed Architect (Required)
  • 5-10 or more years of experience, preferably in education
