About the RoleThis unique position offers the opportunity to float between four units: Intensive Care Unit, Cardiopulmonary Unit, Oncology/Transplant Unit, and Surgical/Trauma Unit. As a Registered Nurse in our Float Pool, you will have the flexibility to work in various settings, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
What We Offer- Competitive hourly rate: $46.50 per hour, with shift differential available for hours worked between 7p and 7a, $2 on weekends, and $5 on weekend nights

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Graduation from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure
- Certification in specialty preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
