About the RoleWe are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Float Pool team, where you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including intensive care, cardiopulmonary, oncology/transplant, and surgical/trauma units. As a Float Pool nurse, you will be part of a collaborative team that prioritizes patient-centered care and strives for excellence in every aspect of our practice.
What We Offer- A competitive hourly rate of $46.50, with shift differential available for hours worked between 7p and 7a, weekends, and weekend nights

To be considered for this role, you must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meet the requirements of multi-state licensure. A bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred, and certification in a specialty area is strongly encouraged. Membership in a professional organization is also encouraged.
Work ScheduleAs a Float Pool nurse, you will work a variety of shifts, including 7a-7:30p, 7p-7:30a, and weekend and holiday rotations. We offer a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs and provide opportunities for career growth and development.
