About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Program Manager with expertise in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and Algorithm development to join our Video Computer Vision team. As a key member of our team, you will drive complex technical topics and lead a hardworking engineering team through the software development cycle from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead large, multi-functional efforts to build technologies for Apple
  • Collaborate with several teams to drive the definition, schedule, execution, and communication of new features
  • Create development schedules, identify critical paths, and maintain thorough execution
  • Ensure tight inter-team coordination and communication
  • Grasp complex technical topics and abstract key issues and risks into a useful form for executive management
Requirements
  • Experience leading complex, multi-functional software projects
  • Engineering experience in Computer Science, Software, Machine Learning, Systems Engineering, Embedded Software, Hardware Development, Computer Vision, or related areas
  • BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering + 10 years relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical program management experience managing consumer-facing software programs
  • Previous experience with Hardware process and Embedded Software Systems
  • Strong knowledge of software development processes
  • Ability to dive into technical details in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and other algorithms
