We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Williamsbridge Center, a 77-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in the heart of the Bronx.
Job Responsibilities- Collect and record vital information from new residents, including health details and temperature readings.
- Administer medications and injections as needed, ensuring the highest level of patient care.
- Treat and dress wounds and bedsores, promoting a safe and healthy environment for residents.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including dressing and personal hygiene.
- Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Valid LPN state license and good standing with the State Registry.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
