Job Summary

As a Restaurant Operations Leader, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day activities and operations of our restaurant. Your primary focus will be on guiding the team to create a positive guest experience, ensuring the successful implementation of Cowboy Chicken initiatives and programs, and achieving or exceeding all established financial sales and profitability plans.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and achieve goals for service, operations, and financial performance.
  • Enforce restaurant controls, particularly those related to cash and inventory management.
  • Maintain appropriate staffing levels and create weekly schedules.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop team members, ensuring they adhere to Cowboy Chicken Operational Standards while providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Monitor and reinforce safety procedures throughout the restaurant.
  • Lead your team with a focus on consistently meeting standards of superior guest service, quality, and cleanliness. Champion our 'cowboy cool' culture in all interactions.
  • Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to optimize profitability.
