Key Responsibilities

  1. Configure and maintain all robotic and automation systems, including fixtures, conveyors, and other related equipment to ensure optimal operational performance.
  2. Conduct preliminary inspections and provide temporary approvals for setups prior to production runs.

Qualifications

Education:

A high school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience that equips the individual with the necessary skills and knowledge.

Experience:

A minimum of three years of experience in manufacturing automation, robotic technology, and CNC machinery is required.

Skills & Knowledge:

Proficiency in robotics, manufacturing automation, CNC operations, reading blueprints, and forklift operation.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Responsible for overseeing and delegating tasks to team members during shifts, though not directly involved in hiring or disciplinary actions.
