Shell Technician

We are seeking a skilled Shell Technician to join our team at QPS Employment Group. As a Shell Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of shell equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Read and understand routers and shell processes
- Wash and inspect clusters prior to shell process
- Hand dip cluster in slurry and coating, and dry per router instructions
- Operate robot by input of code into system from routers
- Mix slurries as defined on routers
- Record viscosity of slurry tanks, make adds based on results and maintain levels
- Quality inspect between coating and dry times
- Prepare clusters for autoclave
- General maintenance to shell equipment
- Perform general housekeeping
- Learn, observe, and apply safety/quality policies
- Perform all duties in safe manner at all times
- Observe quality process throughout all phases of operations
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is desired
- Attention to detail for inspection purposes
- Ability to communicate with all team members
- Able to lift up to 55lbs
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Use of hand tools
- Must be able to wear respirator
