Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $157,750 per year, based on industry standards and market data.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Design Manager, responsible for driving the integration of design principles with our commitment to quality and excellence. You will be part of a talented team dedicated to improving the traditional design delivery process through a collaborative and fully integrated approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • 12+ years of experience in design management within the AEC industry
  • 4+ years of experience successfully winning and managing design-build projects
  • 8+ years of experience managing teams
  • Experience with a diverse market portfolio including either healthcare, K-12, life science, or higher education

We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent experience plus minimum 12 years prior relevant experience.
