Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal insurance accounts, providing exceptional service to clients, and ensuring their insurance needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Handle income service requests from existing clients, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Account Review: Review clients' existing accounts for discounts and coverage recommendations.
  • Coverage Evaluation: Re-evaluate coverage limits to ensure customers are properly insured.
  • Insurance Sales: Requote/remarket clients for all personal lines insurance products as needed and/or requested by the client.
  • Team Support: Provide sales agent support, and help other members of your team as needed.
Requirements
  • Insurance Experience: Personal Lines Property and Casualty Insurance Sales Experience - Home, Auto, Umbrella, and other specialty lines.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Licenses: 2044 or 220 Florida Insurance license.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to learn new systems quickly, experience with AMS360 a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, including daily prioritizing and logical thinking. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and successfully while expediting issues. Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment. Ability to work with others in teams. Bilingual Spanish and English beneficial, but not required.

Pay Range

$45,000 - $55,000 depending on experience

A wide salary range is posted for this position and any job offer is based upon a salary analysis to comply with the required state pay transparency law. The salary analysis considers relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work.
