About the Position:

The successful candidate will have 2+ years of management experience in a dental setting and be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills in staff management, scheduling, financial management, patient relations, compliance, inventory management, record keeping, marketing, technology management, financial reporting, communication skills, talent management, onboarding, program development, strategic planning, performance analysis, continuous improvement, accountability, and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise dental office staff, including receptionists and the remote insurance team.
  • Oversee patient appointments and manage the dentist's schedule to optimize workflow.
  • Handle billing, insurance claims, and payment processing; monitor accounts receivable and payable.
  • Ensure excellent customer service, address patient inquiries, and handle complaints effectively.
  • Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
  • Oversee patient records and ensure they are accurately maintained and secure.
