About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Oak View Group. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service to our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Upsell and suggestively promote premium beverages to enhance guest experience.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
  • 6+ months of bartending experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Accurate cash handling skills.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
