Job Summary

The Oak View Group is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for our guests.
  • Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a responsible and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area and surrounding areas.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and inventory management.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service.
Requirements
  • 6 months or more experience bartending.
  • Accurate cash handling skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bartending school preferred.
