Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled LPN Supervisor to oversee the assigned nursing unit at Providence Mount St. Vincent. As a key member of our team, you will supervise Primary Care Nurses and Nursing Assistants, and cover in the absence or need of Primary Care Nurses. This is a working supervisory position that involves direct patient care, staff management, and facility needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of Primary Care Nurses and Nursing Assistants
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medication and providing primary skin care
  • Develop, implement, and modify interventions as necessary
  • Re-adjust and reorganize staff based on facility need
  • Cover in the absence or need of Primary Care Nurses
Requirements
  • Education sufficient for licensure
  • Washington Licensed Practical Nurse
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year Long-term care or related geriatric experience with prior supervisory and/or teaching experience
