Position Overview: As a Seafood Inventory Specialist, you will assist the manager in ensuring precise inventory management and processing fresh seafood for client orders. Your duties will encompass selecting products, preparing orders, and replenishing stock as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the proper rotation of incoming seafood inventory
  • Maintain production flow to fulfill operational needs
  • Utilize electric pallet jacks for material handling
  • Weigh fish using electric scales
  • Organize items according to specifications
  • Assemble and distribute client orders
  • Maintain cleanliness in workspaces and storage areas

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
