Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Sanitation Specialist to enhance our culinary operations. If you are passionate about maintaining cleanliness and supporting a vibrant hospitality environment, this role may be ideal for you.

Role Summary: As a Culinary Support Associate, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the cleanliness of cooking utensils and service items, contributing to our commitment to exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency. You will also assist dining staff in maintaining a tidy dining area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness in kitchen work areas before, during, and after service hours
  • Thoroughly wash all cooking pots, pans, and trays
  • Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly
  • Clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat racks
  • Empty and clean all food and beverage waste containers
  • Remove trash and recyclables to designated disposal areas
  • Assist in loading or unloading deliveries of food and supplies
  • Support chefs with basic food preparation tasks as needed
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs, and maintain a professional appearance in a clean uniform

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork abilities and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
