This role requires presence in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely once a week after a designated period of employment.

BISCO, Inc. is on the lookout for a driven Client Relationship Manager to become a vital part of our dynamic team. We are a globally acknowledged producer of medical devices tailored for the dental sector, focusing on the innovation and research of adhesive and composite technologies.

The Client Relationship Manager will be instrumental in our growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage primarily with Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) and group accounts, driving sales of our products and services to both new and existing clients to meet sales targets and enhance market presence.
  • Identify potential clients through various outreach methods, including direct communication (phone, email, video calls, in-person meetings) and indirect strategies (networking and attending events).
  • Maintain and track opportunities using our CRM system.
  • Analyze potential clients' organizational structures, including decision-makers, market size, and procurement processes.
  • Assist in crafting pricing proposals, custom catalogs, and completing requests for proposals (RFPs).
  • Collaborate with our Creative Team to develop resources for the Inside Sales team to effectively engage with DSO offices.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with DSOs to update location information and recommend new formulary options.
  • Evaluate market potential, seek new business opportunities, and establish relationships with key dental schools.
  • Formulate and execute sales strategies, build connections, and foster relationships within the government and community health sectors.
  • Manage ongoing sales with current government accounts and community health organizations.
  • Participate in training activities for personnel.
  • Provide regular updates on key roles to sales management.
  • Some local and overnight travel may be required.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of successful experience in territory or key account management, preferably in medical, orthodontic, or dental sales.
  • Associate's degree or certification in a dental profession; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and automobile insurance, with the ability to travel by air.
  • Proficient in general computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring future sponsorship for employment visa status.
