Day-to-Day:

Our client is seeking several Supervisors of Care Coordination to join their growing team throughout different areas of the state of FL. This organization is a quickly growing healthcare company that is expanding its footprint in FL to take over new IDD Care Coordination programs. In this role, you will oversee a team of roughly 8 Care Coordinators (Case Managers) as direct reports. You will be directly assigning cases and managing the overall case load for your region as well as supporting and managing your team through daily and weekly routines and leadership tasks to ensure all care coordination activities are being completed effectively and efficiently. As the leader of your team, you will be expected to develop and elevate your people, manage the quality of output from the team, and ensure the team is hitting goals and providing a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Directly oversee a team of 8 Care Coordinators (Case Managers)
  2. Assign cases and manage the overall case load for your region
  3. Support and manage your team through daily and weekly routines and leadership tasks
  4. Develop and elevate your people
  5. Manage the quality of output from the team
  6. Ensure the team is hitting goals and providing a high level of customer satisfaction
