- Documentation Processing: Process and label newly submitted documentation to Pre-Processing following established procedures, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Productivity and Accuracy: Maintain acceptable levels of productivity and accuracy, meeting or exceeding performance standards.
- Clerical Support: Handle general clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, scanning, and filing, providing administrative support to the Operations department.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Attention to Detail: Possess strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in data entry and document review.
- Effective Communication: Demonstrate effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly convey information to claimants and team members.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in Windows, Word, and Excel, with ability to learn new software and systems.
- Productivity and Accuracy: Maintain acceptable levels of productivity and accuracy, meeting or exceeding performance standards.
- Basic Procedures: Ability to follow basic procedures and guidelines, with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Ability to clearly communicate via phone and email, providing excellent customer service to claimants.
- Work Schedule: Willing to work normal business hours, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Normal business office conditions, with prolonged periods of time spent working at a computer screen. May involve in-office and remote work, with flexibility to adapt to changing work environments.
