Education Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Education Assistant to join our team at Endeavor Schools. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with children and want to make a meaningful difference in their lives.
About the RoleThe Education Assistant will assist our primary/Preschool Teachers in implementing age-appropriate curriculum, preparing and organizing learning materials, and supervising children during all activities, including meals and naptime, to ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
Responsibilities- Assist in creating a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day
- Help lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth
- Monitor children's progress and development
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
- High School Diploma or GED
- Professional Development Units/Credits preferred
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center (minimum 6 months)
- Prior experience with the assigned age group
- Passion to work with children
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners
- Competitive pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
