About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Holder and Sales Manager to join our team at K&G Fashion Superstore. As a Key Holder and Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the store, including maximizing sales and profitability, developing staff, and controlling expenses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and increase store sales productivity
  • Ensure store schedules are followed to maintain adequate store coverage and customer service levels
  • Ensure proper completion of assigned daily goals, tasks, and assignments by employees
  • Manage the maintenance and day-to-day operations by controlling payroll, inventory, and expenses, and keeping accurate time card and attendance records
  • Maintain all merchandising and signing standards and display presentations and monitor inventory control
  • Manage and control shrink within the Company's acceptable level
  • Assist with recruiting, training, and developing employees
  • Provide a work environment where your teammates feel their opinions and contributions matter

Requirements

  • Prior sales/management or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrate effective interpersonal, organizational, customer service, and leadership skills
  • Possess the capacity to coach, motivate, and train a store team
  • Ability to move and handle merchandise weighing 0-50 pounds, climb ladders, walk, stand, kneel, and lift during the majority of work shift
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or education/experience equivalent
