Job Summary and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, intervening, and evaluating patient care while demonstrating strong clinical judgment and competent nursing skills.

You will work under the direction of a Nursing Clinical Coordinator or Department Director, prioritizing tasks for efficiency and productivity, and following established policies and procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting patient information effectively, managing medication administration, and delegating tasks as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 60 months of employment start date
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 90 days of employment start date
  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification within 60 days of employment start date
  • Registered Nurse license
  • Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and education assistance.
