Position Summary

We are seeking a current CADC-R candidate to join our team as an Outpatient Counselor Assistant. This role will provide essential clinical support for our clients and certified clinicians, including treatment group coverage, client education, clerical support, and health records management.

This is a full-time position with benefits, offering a competitive hourly wage of $20/hour. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 12 PM-8:30 PM, at our Downtown Treatment Center in Eugene, OR.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support for clients and certified clinicians
  • Assist with treatment group coverage and client education
  • Perform clerical duties, including health records management
  • Support the Outpatient Behavioral Health Programs
Requirements
  • CADC-R in progress through the Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO)
  • High school/GED completion
