Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in the construction industry, particularly in new construction projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily field operations to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
  • Supervising and coordinating subcontractors and trades to maintain project schedules and quality standards
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Conducting regular site inspections and maintaining detailed reports
  • Collaborating with project managers, architects, and clients to address and resolve any issues promptly
  • Upholding a culture of teamwork and excellence on the job site

Requirements

The successful applicant will have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
  • Experience with new construction projects $20M+
  • Proven track record of running jobs from cradle to grave
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Mastery of reading construction drawings, including reading, interpreting, and updating construction project-related drawings
  • Proficiency in PlanGrid, Ranken, and Bluebeam highly preferred
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • A commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards
  • Ability to foster a collaborative and positive work environment
