Early Childhood Class Instructor

Job Summary

As an Early Childhood Class Instructor, you will be responsible for designing and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities for children aged 3-5 years old. You will work closely with our youth development team to create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive growth in our young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and activities that align with our early childhood curriculum
  • Lead and facilitate playgroups and classes for children aged 3-5 years old
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure a smooth and effective learning experience
  • Attend staff trainings and meetings to stay up-to-date on best practices and policies
Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Must be able to provide care and interact with children in a positive and nurturing manner
  • Must be able to become CPR/AED certified within 30 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with children aged 3-5 years old
Working Conditions

This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling. You will be required to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with opportunities to work more hours as needed. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and must be able to adapt to changing circumstances.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15.00, plus access to our state-of-the-art facilities, including a gym, pool, and more. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including employee assistance program and sick leave.
