As a Courier at FedEx, you will be responsible for:
- Operating company vehicles safely and efficiently
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely delivery and pick-up of packages
- Inspecting shipments for compliance with FedEx features of service and providing related customer support functions
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive or operate company vehicles to transport packages
- Ensure packages are delivered to the correct location and in good condition
- Provide assistance to customers with package delivery and pick-up
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 70 pounds
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
