Job Summary:
We are seeking a Medical Transport Specialist to join our team. As a Medical Transport Specialist, you will be responsible for transporting patients and other clients safely and securely using company-provided vehicles. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and compassion for those in need.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Be over the age of 21 (licensed for 5 years)
- Must have a valid Washington State Driver's License
- Must NOT have more than 2 moving violations within 3 years
- Must pass DOT drug screening, and a mandatory criminal background check
- Must be available to work 32 to 40 hours a week, with once a week afterhours on-call duty
- Must be willing to work during the weekend
- Must be physically able to secure clients in wheelchairs or other devices
Benefits:
- $40,000 - $60,000 per year salary based on experience and qualifications

Ongoing Opportunities:
- Complete Pre-Trip and Post-Trip inspections, and maintain vehicle cleanliness
- Transport clients using a company vehicle safely and securely
- Potentially do rotational on-call trips
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Hiring Process:

- Attend a one-hour job shadow and pass the background check
- Once cleared, we will send the link for drug screen completion to your email address
- Complete virtual classroom training, fingerprints and other paperwork
- Complete a 5-day PAID Training in Vehicle with one of our trainers in your assigned area
- Get signed off and start driving
