Moses Lake Community Health Services is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Provider to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Dental Provider, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dental care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Clinical Patient Care: Deliver exceptional patient care in our outpatient setting, adhering to our policies and procedures.
  • Work within Scope of Practice: Operate within the approved scope of practice as determined by our Credentialing and Privileging Committee.
  • Consult with Other Providers: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Assess Patient Needs: Identify patient needs for specialty referrals, diagnostic care, and make appropriate referrals.
  • Document Patient Information: Maintain accurate and complete documentation in our Electronic Dental Record, adhering to our policies.
  • Bill Patient Visits: Ensure accurate and complete billing of patient visits, following our policies.
  • Supervise Ancillary Staff: Provide clinical supervision and training to ancillary healthcare staff, in coordination with our Dental Leadership.
  • Participate in Preceptorship Program: Contribute to the preceptorship program with dental students and other healthcare professionals.
  • Improve Clinical Performance: Suggest evidence-based improvements to clinical performance, enhancing our quality of care.
  • Assist with Quality Improvement: Collaborate with our Chief Dental Officer to develop and implement effective disease management programs, clinical protocols, and guidelines.
  • Maintain Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with continuing education requirements, ensuring authoritative knowledge in sound dental practice.
  • Meet Contracted Requirements: Work towards achieving contracted requirements for patient visits.
  • Meet Clinical Quality Goals: Contribute to achieving clinical quality goals for patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduation from Accredited Dental School: Possess a degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Reliable Transportation: Have reliable transportation and provide documentation of auto insurance and a valid driver's license, as required.
  • Travel between Work Sites: Be willing to travel between work sites as needed.
  • Dental Licensure: Obtain a dental licensure within the State of Washington.
