Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' physical, mental, and emotional abilities.
• Create tailored treatment strategies that align with clients' specific needs and aspirations.
• Administer therapeutic activities aimed at enhancing clients' motor functions, coordination, and sensory processing.
• Educate clients and their families on adaptive methods and necessary equipment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for clients.
• Keep precise and current records of client progress.
• Monitor advancements and modify treatment plans as required.
• Assist clients with physical tasks during therapy sessions, which may involve lifting or moving equipment.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Prior experience in a comparable position is preferred.
• Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Experience with diverse patient demographics, including pediatrics and critical care.
• Familiarity with case management and occupational health principles.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Employment Types:

Full-time, Part-time

Compensation:

Up to $75,000.00 per hour

Expected Work Hours:

10 – 40 hours per week
