Responsibilities:


We are seeking an enthusiastic Rehabilitative Movement Specialist to join our dedicated team of professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional service and quality care.

Our facility serves a diverse patient demographic with a focus on general orthopedics, particularly for active adults. We aim to expand our services to cater to a more athletic and engaged patient base. Our current team possesses specialized certifications in orthopedic and manual therapy, fostering an enriching environment for professional development.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Conducting initial and ongoing systematic patient evaluations

- Managing an average patient load of 10-12 individuals daily

- Ensuring timely and precise documentation through Therapy Source

- Analyzing assessment and diagnostic information, including medical records and surgical reports

- Accurately transcribing and processing medical orders

- Promoting a culture of continuous quality improvement

- Providing instruction and counseling to patients and their families as necessary

Qualifications:
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Rehabilitative Movement Specialist is required.

- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or completion within the first 90 days of employment as mandated by state regulations.
