Job Overview
Riverside Technologies, Inc is seeking a skilled Electronics Assembly Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will perform assembly, imaging, and upgrade services on laptops and tablets, as well as prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup. Our ideal candidate has experience in computer repair and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

The salary for this role is estimated at $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing assembly, imaging, and upgrade services on laptops and tablets.
  • Preparing and completing orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, and ship).
  • Receiving and processing warehouse stock products and parts (pick, unload, label, store).
  • Performing hardware diagnostics.
  • Performing inventory controls and keeping quality standard high for audits.
  • Completing daily inventory logs and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Keeping a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Computer repair experience a plus.
  • Technical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel a plus.
  • Positive, team-first attitude with effective communication skills.
  • Must be able to follow all safety rules and wear proper personal protection equipment (PPE).
  • Must have proven warehouse work experience and be proficient in inventory software, databases, and systems.
  • Must have excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with driving forklift and forklift license/certification is a plus.
  • Must have flexible availability and be able to work some weekends and evenings.
  • Must have exceptional driving record and have a valid driver's license (part of the responsibilities will be to drive a company vehicle for deliveries).
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Must have ability to lift 50 lbs. as well as know and use proper lifting techniques.
  • Must be willing to travel nationwide.
