About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Enrollment Specialist to join our team at National Louis University. As an Enrollment Specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting students in identifying their education and career goals, guiding them through the enrollment process, and inspiring them to achieve their objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the university with professionalism and integrity, managing a full pipeline of incoming students through the enrollment cycle.
  • Continuously meet and exceed monthly objectives, maintaining a high level of enrollment.
  • Accurately document and record continuous contact with each prospective student/returning student, using the CRM system (Salesforce) to ensure smooth transition of applicant data.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding the offerings, programs, services, etc. of all the Colleges.
  • Work on special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Successful candidates will be able to handle a high volume of student interactions by phone, internet, and in person, with a sincere desire to help others and an independent drive to achieve objectives.
  • Candidates will be required to meet and exceed monthly goals and have the ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Candidates will have a Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred) along with a minimum of 3 years related experience in a customer-facing environment.
