About the Role

Moss Adams LLP is seeking a seasoned Tax Director to lead our Tax Services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and mentoring a team of tax professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead economic responsibilities for billing, realization, and collections
  • Develop and execute a business development plan to drive new business and client expansion
  • Evaluate skills and develop Managers, Seniors, and Staff in client engagement management and technical expertise
  • Collaborate with clients' management to understand the broader impact of current decisions and possible solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required; Master's degree in Taxation preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience
  • Previous experience in a public accounting firm preferred
  • Health Care industry experience preferred
  • CPA or Bar License required
  • Minimum of 4 years supervising and training experience
  • Subject matter expert in corporate, partnership, individual, or trust and estate taxation required
