Tareas del Puesto:

  • Contabilidad de Costos y tareas relacionadas
  • Establecer, mejorar y mantener controles para la planificación de ganancias, pronósticos de ventas, presupuestos de gastos, estándares de costos y oportunidades de ahorro; incluyendo procedimientos para su implementación.
  • Comparar y analizar el rendimiento con los planes operativos y estándares, comunicando excepciones materiales a la dirección.
  • Monitorear el progreso financiero de un proyecto, calcular costos fijos y variables operativos y comparar costos con el presupuesto.

Estados Financieros

  • Preparar y registrar asientos contables de fin de mes (Inventario, WIP, COGS, etc.).
  • Reconciliar y ajustar varias cuentas del libro mayor después del cierre de fin de mes.
  • Explicaciones de variaciones comparando lo real con el presupuesto y el año anterior.
  • Presentar estados financieros de manufactura mensuales.
  • Asistir en la fijación y mantenimiento de metas medibles con los gerentes de las unidades de negocio.
  • Recopilar, preparar y resumir la información de pronóstico mensual.
  • Liderar la preparación de presupuestos anuales departamentales. Revisar estados financieros mensuales con la dirección operativa y ayudar en la identificación y establecimiento de metas medibles con las unidades de negocio, revisando de manera mensual/trimestral/anual.
  • Requisitos de Educación y Experiencia:
  • Se prefiere título universitario.
  • Experiencia en contabilidad de costos en manufactura es requerida.
  • Experiencia en libro mayor es requerida.
  • Experiencia en inventario/ciclo de conteo.
