Customer Service and Support Professional

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Chad Harris - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our agency, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. If you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, working in a fast-paced environment, and taking ownership of your responsibilities, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
In this role, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, processing insurance claims, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. You will also have the opportunity to assist clients with policy changes and updates, as well as coordinate with other agency team members to ensure seamless interactions with our clients.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable, but not required. If you have a strong desire to learn and grow with our agency, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
