About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Member to join our team at HZ Ops Holdings. As a Team Member, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our restaurant.

  • Take guests' food orders and handle cash and credit transactions: Accurately process orders and transactions, ensuring seamless service and minimizing errors.
  • Assist the management team in creating a great place to work and delivering memorable guest experiences: Collaborate with management to drive business success, focusing on guest satisfaction and team engagement.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items: Stay up-to-date on menu offerings, promotions, and brand initiatives, ensuring accurate information and recommendations.
  • Check food quality and food temperatures throughout the day to ensure the food is fresh and safe to serve: Monitor food quality and temperature, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Monitors Speed of Service to ensure delivery of guest expectations: Analyze and optimize service speed, ensuring guests receive their orders in a timely manner.
  • Ensures the restaurant is welcoming and clean: Maintain a clean and inviting environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the culture of HZ Ops Holdings: Uphold the highest standards of ethics and integrity, reflecting the values and mission of the company.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 15 pounds of force constantly to move objects: Meet physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving objects as required.
  • Must be able to consistently carry products/boxes and miscellaneous weighing no more than 60 pounds: Meet physical demands of the job, including carrying and moving objects as required.
  • Consistently operate registers: Accurately process transactions and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Consistently handle product preparation: Prepare and present food and beverages to high standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Consistently kneel and follow proper lifting procedures: Meet physical demands of the job, including kneeling and lifting as required.
  • Frequently stoop to pick up supplies and trash: Meet physical demands of the job, including bending and lifting as required.
