About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and provide assistance with their shopping needs
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Process applications for our Perx Card program
  • Sell and cash New York State Lottery transactions
  • Adhere to all state and county regulations regarding the sale of age-restricted products
  • Process cash transactions, including EBT, WIC, coupons, and store discounts
What We Look For
  • Part-time morning availability (5:30 am) with at least one weekend day
  • At least 1 year of customer service and cash office experience
  • Grocery and/or retail experience preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Highly motivated individual
  • Team player with the ability to work independently at times
  • Ability to multitask
  • Focused and efficient
