Job Responsibilities:- Collaborate with physical therapists in all aspects of patient care, from initial assessment to treatment planning and implementation.
- Under the guidance of the physical therapist, perform various therapy techniques and exercises designed to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor and track patient progress, providing regular updates to the physical therapist to inform treatment adjustments.
- Communicate effectively with patients, providing them with necessary information and support throughout their recovery journey.
- Assist the physical therapist in handling, treating, and managing patients, ensuring a seamless and efficient care process.
- Implement therapy techniques and exercises prescribed by the physical therapist, promoting patient engagement and empowerment.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress, informing the physical therapist of any changes or developments.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and suggest improvements as needed.
Key Requirements:
- A graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- An up-to-date Physical Therapist Assistant license.
