Classical Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated Classical Teacher to join our team at The Stonehaven School, a non-profit 501(c)(3), non-denominational, classical Christian school in the Metro Atlanta area. As a Classical Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and hearts of our students, helping them to become wise and virtuous individuals who are conformed to the image of Christ.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree from a reputable undergraduate institution and experience in teaching or a related field. They will be passionate about classical Christian education and committed to upholding our school's Statement of Faith and Academic Philosophy. The successful candidate will also be a devoted follower of Christ, serving under the authority of a local Protestant Christian church.

As a Classical Teacher at The Stonehaven School, you will be responsible for teaching universal integration of subject matter to students in the Lower School (K through 6th grade) or Upper School (7th through 12th grade). You will strive to apply the philosophy and methods of classical Christian education in a distinctly Christ-centered classical approach to education. This will involve planning lessons, submitting lesson plans, and using a variety of assignments to measure student learning.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Key Responsibilities:
