The successful candidate will be responsible for performing manufacturing processes that add value and quality to inputs and create high-quality final products. This role requires a strong focus on safety, attention to detail, quality, and sanitation, as well as efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform manufacturing processes to add value and quality to inputs
  • Ensure safety, quality, and sanitation standards are met
  • Work efficiently to meet production deadlines
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
Requirements
  • 6+ months of manufacturing experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and perform frequent movement
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6+ months of forklift experience
Physical Requirements

Able to lift 50lbs and perform frequent movement, including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing, and other active movements.

Must be able to work in environments with temperature zones that may include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include work in environments where dust is present.

Shift schedules may include days, nights, and weekends, some holidays, and periodic overtime.
