Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at Conviva Care Centers. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support to healthcare professionals, including vital sign collection, medication administration, and phlebotomy.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records.
  • Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Perform routine medical procedures, such as EKGs and urinalyses.
  • Document patient information accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a medical assisting program or equivalent experience.
  • CPR certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified or registered medical assistant (CMA or RMA) certification.
  • Phlebotomy experience.
  • Medication administration experience.
  • 1+ year of medical assisting experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
