Job Summary:

Live Nation Entertainment is a leading live entertainment and eCommerce company, comprised of four market leaders: Live Nation Concerts, Artist Nation, and Live Nation Network.

We are seeking a skilled Venue Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a Venue Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all infrastructure, including buildings, equipment, and facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair all pump, refrigeration, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical equipment.
  • Inventory and manage all small equipment, including hand and power tools, supplies, and hardware.
  • Perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, equipment maintenance, fencing, and general labor projects.
  • Conduct general building maintenance, including monitoring and repairing all building systems year-round.
  • Repair fence lines and ensure event safety and emergency preparedness.
  • Communicate effectively with Operations Manager and other team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions.
  • Detail-oriented and team player with a positive attitude.
  • Early morning and daytime availability.
  • Sense of urgency and time management skills.
  • 3-5 years of maintenance/facilities trade experience.
  • Critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Tolerance of all cultures, music, and art forms.
Physical Demands/Working Environment:

The Venue Maintenance Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment with loud music, smoke, and crowds. The position requires the ability to lift and carry heavy objects, push and pull heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work from stooping, crouching, or kneeling positions.

The successful candidate will be able to work in an environment with varying temperatures and humidity levels, and will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary.
