Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Instructional Aide to join our team at STEAM Academy of Warrensville Heights. As an Instructional Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting the Teacher with classroom activities and promoting positive student behaviors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Teacher with lesson planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure student success.
  • Support Student Learning by providing individualized attention and assistance to students as needed.
  • Maintain a Positive Learning Environment by promoting a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom culture.
  • Perform Administrative Tasks such as grading papers, making copies, and maintaining classroom records.
  • Assist with School Activities including parent-teacher conferences, faculty meetings, and special events.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree or Equivalent in a related field or two years of college coursework.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications.
  • Successful Completion of Background Check and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and staff.
  • Ability to Work Well Under Pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
