Talent Acquisition Partner Role

The Talent Acquisition Partner is a key member of the Bluegreen Vacations team, responsible for providing consultative guidance and support for high-volume recruiting business operations.

Key responsibilities include screening, interviewing, collecting pre-employment requirements, scheduling face-to-face interviews with hiring managers, and facilitating the new hire process.

The Talent Acquisition Partner will also communicate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to provide updates on Talent Acquisition activity and help drive the Talent Acquisition team to meet business needs.

  • Develop and implement recruitment plans for designated business partners to meet staffing objectives.
  • Partner with hiring managers to provide best practices in recruiting, interviewing, and retention, including one-on-one support with reviewing resumes and interviewing techniques.
  • Attend or assist in participating in weekly staffing meetings to discuss recruitment metrics and progress.
  • Educate hiring managers on new hire assessment interpretations and provide support with tracking recruiting reporting metrics.
  • Assist with offer letter preparation and conduct event planning for career nights, in-house job fairs, and other onsite hiring activities.
  • Post positions to the appropriate job boards and coordinate registrations, interview space, logistics, and communications for on and off-site events.
  • Follow up with candidates via email and phone to schedule and confirm interview appointments, request application and assessment completion, and notify candidates of their status.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with various aspects of full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, application/assessment collection, and scheduling face-to-face interviews with hiring managers.
  • Ensure that interview notes are collected and prepared for all candidates and assist with the conducting/overseeing the processing of new hire background checks and drug screens.
  • Track, oversee, and promote the employee referral program and establish relationships with relevant colleges, universities, and trade schools in support of staffing needs.
  • Provide support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and recommend the placement of and initiate offers for sales and management candidates.

Follow the established recruitment process and develop recruitment plans for designated business partners to meet staffing objectives.
