Roadside Service Technician Lead

About the Role:
">We are seeking an experienced Roadside Service Technician Lead to join our emergency response team at The Auto Club Group.
">This role involves:
">- Responding to roadside emergencies, prioritizing tasks, and managing resources to ensure efficient service delivery.">
- Utilizing advanced technology, including GPS navigation and mobile data terminals, to optimize route efficiency and enhance member satisfaction.">
- Servicing vehicles, conducting diagnostics, and implementing repairs to get members back on the road safely and efficiently.">
- Engaging with members, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.">
- Maintaining accurate records, reporting incidents, and adhering to regulatory requirements.">
What We Offer:
">- An estimated average annual salary of around $46,800 ($22.50/hour). Overtime earning potential at time and a half the hourly wage.">
- Shift premiums: 5% for hours worked between 5pm and 11pm and 10% for hours worked between 11pm and 5am.">
- $1,000 sign-on bonus, split payout at 90 and 180 days of employment.">
- $250 quarterly perfect attendance bonus.">

Requirements:
">- High school diploma or equivalent required.">
- Valid driver's license required.">
- 21 years of age or older required.">
- Valid state driver's license with minimal driving infractions/incidents.">
- Experience using tablets/electronic devices to update calls, review policies/procedures, document safety records, and complete other duties.">
- Strong customer service skills, including ability to effectively communicate with customers/members and understand need for meeting/exceeding customer expectations.">
- Ability to lift materials weighing up to 75 pounds.">
- Successful completion of drug screening, MVR, criminal background check, and DOT health screenings.">
Preferred Qualifications:
">- Experience servicing vehicles, including fuel delivery, battery testing/replacement, jumpstarting, lockout service, and tire changing/inflating.">
- Prior tow truck driver or roadside service experience.">
- Safe operation of wheel lift, flatbed, dolly towing equipment, full-size or mini service vehicle, and applicable service equipment/commercial driving experience.">
