About the Role:
- As a Business Development Center Representative, you will be responsible for receiving and making calls on behalf of the dealership, determining the nature of the customer's business, and setting appointments.
- You will also answer basic inquiries, route incoming calls, and provide basic information to all callers for the Service Department.
- Additionally, you will greet service customers, determine the nature of their visit, and direct them to the correct department.
Requirements:
- You must be at least 16 years of age.
- You must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle.
- You will also need to meet other job-specific training/requirements.
