Key Responsibilities
  • Independently create Request for Proposals (RFPs) and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in the Oracle database
  • Manage Purchase Orders in Oracle and Excel by tracking and communicating with vendors to obtain additional information if orders have not been received or delayed
  • Accurately code and submit invoices for approval in Basware software
  • Maintain accurate and complete records and information related to equipment and vehicles
  • Review and manage IProcurements contracts and rates
  • Complete special projects and data analysis, as needed
  • Provide administrative support to team members and management, as needed
Requirements
  • Associate degree in Accounting or a related field, required
  • 1 year of Accounting experience required; 2 years preferred
  • Working knowledge of general Accounting concepts required
  • Proficiency in Excel, which includes experience with formulas, IF formulas, charts, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables
  • Prior experience using Basware, Oracle, or a similar platform, is preferred
  • Proficient computer knowledge and strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in an environment, when at times, may be fast-paced
  • Proven organizational skills and the ability to maintain precise and detailed records
  • Proven ability to set and meet deadlines independently
  • Ability to analyze multiple sets of data and achieve an outcome to be presented
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
