You will be responsible for defining the tools, frameworks, and processes that must be developed to enable a scalable delivery program for Data Products, our multi-year data standardization initiative. This will involve partnering with key internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and success criteria, and developing program artifacts and process documentation to support our goals.

This will involve demonstrating outstanding communication and partnership skills with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes.
**Basic Qualifications**
• 5+ years of experience as a program manager delivering data-focused projects
• Ability to quickly understand program strategy, technical details, and summarize to help leaders drive action
• Strong understanding of Agile and traditional project management principles and methodologies
• Strong presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
• Solid history of working with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Analyst) to take projects from inception to launch
• Experience with Zoom and Google Workplace products
**Preferred Qualifications**
• Prior Financial Services experience
• Proven track record of delivering projects across heavily matrixed organizations
• PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
• Proficiency in Confluence, Jira, Tableau
